1/2'' Free-Field Microphone, Ext. Polarized
Type 1003 is designed for high-precision, free-field measurements where wide bandwidth is required. The 1003 Series measure from 3.15 Hz to 40 kHz, and is compatible with only classic-type preamplifiers.
Type 1003 Series are compliant to IEC 61094 WS microphone standards. Requiring a externaly polarization voltage of 200 V, Type 1003 series provide a precision wide measuring range of 20 to 162 dB.
The unit is assembled in clean-room environment. Each microphone and preamplifier can be identified by a printed type number and a unique serial number.
