Type 2108 is an ultra-lightweight piezoelectric charge sensor designed to virtually eliminate mass-loading effects on delicate surfaces. With its side connector and wide operational frequency range, it provides high-frequency analysis for strictly limited installation masses. Typical applications include vibration testing of turbine blades, aircraft skins, and high-density micro-electronics.
