ZX5000
Acoustic Imaging Camera — Handheld Edition

The ZXONIC 5000 Industrial Acoustic Imaging Camera is designed to detect pressurized gas and vacuum leaks in noisy industrial environments. It also effectively identifies local discharge faults in power systems. Built with a durable all-aluminum alloy casing, this device is well-suited for complex and demanding work conditions. Its operation is straightforward and user-friendly, requiring only adjustments to the test frequency and dynamic range to accommodate various testing needs. The system supports both photo and video modes, along with raw waveform data recording, enabling flexible field data collection. Test results from the ZX5000 Acoustic Imaging Camera can be quickly exported, improving operational efficiency.

OverView
pherical beamforming provides a complete 360° view of the sound field from one position. The ZX5900 spherical array measures sound arriving at the array surface from all directions, while integrated cameras capture the surrounding scene. ZXONIC PC software stitches the photos into a single panoramic view and overlays acoustic contours, allowing you to visualize dominant sources at a glance.
Because the method does not rely on strong assumptions about the sound field, it works well in both free-field and reverberant environments, making it a powerful “quick snapshot” tool for surveys and troubleshooting.
